Bringing hands-on consulting expertise to clients in both publicly traded and privately held companies, Chris Boynton has extensive experience building, merging, divesting and acquiring HR departments and the companies they support.

Prior to forming The Red Office, Human Capital Consulting, Chris was Chief Human Resources Officer for FirstOnSite Restoration, a 1,200-employee Canadian company owned by a private equity firm with operations in the US and Canada and recognized as one of Canada's 'Best Managed Company'. This followed several other Senior VP HR roles for other private equity- owned organizations, before which Chris was head of Corporate HR for Canadian Tire. It was under Chris' HR leadership, that this iconic Canadian retailer was voted the #1 employer in Canada.

Beyond these roles, his experience spans Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, Telecom, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate and Health Care, in virtually every size of organization, from large Multinationals, to smaller, family-owned businesses.

Chris has a reputation for developing programs that combine a practical approach with best practices and ease of implementation in both the corporate and entrepreneur cultures.

Stacy’s career spans over 15 years.  In this time period she has been very successful at providing end –to-end recruitment solutions to successful companies doing business across a vast array of industries. She brings an established reputation of developing and delivering highly effective and customized recruitment strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.   Her creative and innovative approach coupled with her sales and business background gives her the confidence to assist organizations reach their performance excellence.

Stacy has completed a Bachelor's Degree from York University and holds a "Professional Human Resources Certificate" from the University of Toronto. Her industry experience includes: supply chain management, food processing, manufacturing, oil & gas, consumer packaged goods, retail, not-for-profit, operations, logistics, transportation, sales, marketing, and Human Resources.

Eric Gall

A writer, creative leader and content creator with a deep background in online, Social Media, Mobile, Direct Marketing and general advertising - Eric leverages both Canadian and international agency experience on behalf of Red Chair and our clients. As well as a passionate believer in ‘the big idea’, Eric is also a confident and engaging presenter, with experience in facilitation and corporate training.

 

Lynda-Jackson-PicHR Generalist
Lynda Jackson

Lynda Jackson is a Certified Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience. For over 10 years, Lynda worked in Management level roles within the Bell Canada group of companies. Lynda partnered with the Executive and Senior Managers to build and implement HR strategies aligned to their business objectives in both unionized and non-unionized environments. As such, Lynda was engaged in restructuring projects, staffing initiatives, talent management and succession planning initiatives, HR due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions and Positive Employee Relations initiatives to name just a few. While at Bell Mobility, Lynda was a Training Specialist for both Management and Non-Management training programs.

Lynda has also a deep consulting background supporting small to medium sized businesses spanning diverse industries such as Healthcare, Telecom, Pharma, Manufacturing, Education, and non-profits, partnering on HR projects and strategies. Although she has a wide range of experiences she has expertise in Policy Design, Job, Competency Development, Training Design and Development, and Career Transition.

In addition to consulting and coaching, Lynda is a continuing education Instructor at Number College within the School of Applied Technology.

Cal Barber CHRP, CEBS

Cal Barber provides compensation rewards specialist expertise to clients in a variety of business sectors. Since 2003, Cal provides independent consulting expertise to clients in both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to forming the consulting corporation in 2003, Cal was Associate Vice President Executive Compensation with TD Bank Financial Group and has worked in various corporate compensation roles within financial services serving local and international business units.

Cal has extensive background in compensation, benefits and rewards management in both corporate management and external consulting roles. He works closely with clients to analyze market trends and turn the data and observations into actionable recommendations for senior management and their Board of Directors.

Cal has significant research and teaching experience in Compensation Rewards and Human Resources Management at the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certificate and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) level. Cal teaches at Seneca College's Centre for Human Resources and the Human Resources Professional Association's Evening Academic Program
